From 6th to 10th of September 2010 the 25th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition will be held at the Feria Valencia in Valencia, Spain. Duration of the exhibition will be from 6th to 9th September.
EBARA Precision Machinery Europe will participate again and will present its large size vacuum pump ESR500WN during the show. This pump successfully covers PV cell manufacturing applications like anti-reflective coating, TCO and plasma etching.
